Tsar's Common Library B42

Tsar's Common Library is shared code that Autotsar Motor Club needs to run on ZA-Z. On its own it adds nothing to find. What you notice is its work on the bikes: the names of every bike part (old, normal and modern tyres, seats, gas tanks, mufflers, motobags and the holster) and the Load on trailer and Unload from trailer options that put a bike on the Mototrailer and take it off again.

It is a Build 42 re-upload of the library behind Tsar's vehicle mods, so it also carries code for boats and fuel tankers that nothing on ZA-Z uses. The full list of what does run is on the mod list.
